A little offering of miscellaneous items I found while cleaning my studio…
Hey Nonny Nonny!, the last Canned 4patch kit (includes zinc lid but no jar), old photograph book with a few empty black pages, vintage trim and 2 hook n eyes packages. If you’re interested go ahead and leave a comment on this post. I’ll draw on Friday morning.
I’m thinking of beginning a little series entitled “One Another”. I’ll fill you in more Friday…See ya.

What a nice, fun thing for you to do Virginia. I’ve done a few collages from a different book of your for friends and they have really enjoyed the pictured frame ones I’ve given. So Thank You for all your inspiration.

I’ll be talking about you and sharing your books this week as I’m off to quilt camp and one project involves the mini Dresdens for Christmas gift collages. I’m the only one in my group “hooked” on minis and they all think I’m crazy. Happy Holidays!
I agree with Susan…What a nice thing to do. I, too, have done a few collages as well other things with inspiration from your books and your blog. You really are an inspiration to many. I look forward every week to your posts.

Great giveaway – I envy you with all the cleaning and de-cluttering you’ve been doing – my studio needs SO much work!
It was a daunting task but the clutter and dust was bothering me too much to create. I actually still have a small pile that needs to be dealt with, sometime.
thanks for the giveaway
if I recall correctly, you started a new job a few months ago – are you enjoying it?
I am, still adjusting to not having as much time to play at home though.
Love your remodelled studio, would love one of my own someday. I’m new to miniatures and am
currently working away at one of your books. Love your blog, look forward to it every Friday. Miss
the Mondays though.
Love your latest! Nothing more quieting than memories!
I can see all kinds of project with something as wonderful as this. I love the bag I purchased from you at the Buggy Barn in August.
Have done several of your collages plus a few of my own design and would love to do more. Would love to win the prizes . I am sure the “stuff” would be put to good use.

Virginia, what a geneous, and fun thing to do. Thanks for the opportunity.
That is a neat idea for a giveaway. I hope that your studio is now to your liking. Maybe the card board you motioned in the previous post could become a little landscape painting.
If I knew how to paint that would be an option but, alas, I do not, other than walls. I could cover it in sheet music or make a small curtain.
Would love to win especially the Hey Nonny Nonny. Still trying to get up the nerve to try a miniature quilt, never made any quilt.:)
Love the site and LOVE the items in the little give away!!! would love to win. I live in New Mexico now but met you around 5 years ago at the Tri-Cities Quilters Guild Annual show. It was the first time I had seen your work or any miniature quilt art and it was so fascinating! Am now collecting your booklets. Wonderful work! toodles! Rosanna
Galloping Pony is always the first one I open when I see my email! Always lots of inspiration but I too, have a real job that keeps me out of my studio. I was not able to make it to one of your classes, hope I get another chance!
I enjoy seeing your work. I’ve done a few minis and would love to win the prize.
Love your work and your studio. Thanks for a chance to win your giveaway.
What an awesome giveaway. I love your work and I would be thrilled to win your pattern book.
What a thoughtful offer. I’d be thrilled if I were chosen! You’re giving me a new way to look at all the “treasures” around our house (especially in our storage room downstairs)–potential day-brighteners for other people.
I love your work. It is very inspiring. Thanks for the giveaway; I’d be so happy to have the book.
I see the photo album and it reminds me of family. The work you do is very special and I can see the small quilts in a photo album like the one in the photo. I totally enjoy seeing what you come up with next. Good job and would love having the book but I would also enjoy the zinc lid. Here’s to hopeing.
I really enjoy seeing what you do with small pieces of fabic. It is a real treasure to make a small quilt and frame it for someone special. I truly hope to win the book and the cute canned four patch. Have fun cleaning your room. I have been doing the same thing. It is surprising what you find.
Sure enjoy your getting your e-mails every week. They are very inspiring. It is very sweet of you to do the give-a-ways. I also enjoy the all the passages you use in your work. It is nice in this crazy busy world to take some time to stop and put your focus where it should be. Be still my heart.
Love those four words…Be still my heart.
Oh what a nice treat that would be!!
Now that is a nice little collection of treasures…wouldn’t it be fun to win…
I have a jar that the “lid” will fit! A fun collection of treasures. Congratulations on straightening your sewing room, mine sure needs it.
I would love to win! I made your Market Tote and get wonderful compliments on it. And not because of my sewing ability, either! Thanks for all the emails you answered helping me.
Loved seeing your studio. It reminded me of reading Where Women Create. I have been a fan of yours for a long time now. I was wondering in a earlier post about the linen quilt…where do you purchase your linen?
I purchase my linen at JoAnn’s and secondhand stores (all those linen jumpers have good size pieces and different colors and prints) Haven’t found that much variety at any one place.
Your studio is so lovely and following your links I got lost! LOL
Thank you for sharing your treasures and I am so looking forward to “one Another”!
Hi and have been cleaning, rearranging and decluttering my studio as well. OH the stuff I’ve collected and was willing to let go of….. Well good for the soul I guess and makes room for more wonderful stuff. Love all your creativity. Patti from Wisconsin
Love Hey Nonny Nonny and I have some trim just like the piece in the photo! it’s a sign, I’m sure.
Love your work and inspiration! Thanks for sharing.
Would I like to win? Well, yes! Thanks for the opportunity to win quite a haul!
Wow – what a great little package. If you cleaned out my studio, you could do giveaways for a year I’m sure! However, I’d like to keep all my little treasures. Thanks!
Love all those little treasures. Just got a few little wooden box treasures that need to get filled up with goodies to work on. Thanks for keeping us inspired each week! Working on my own mini quilt inspired by you. Thanks again.
Virginia, is that a baby cradle I see in your studio? Looks like you are using it to store quilts? Cleaver!!! Again, your blog is always inspirational and a mini respite for my soul.
Yes Sue, that is a cradle full of quilts. It took me a long time to figure out how to use it, don’t know why. My grandmother bought it for her grandchildren to sleep in. Love the patina on it.
Virginia, that is such a wonderful gift for one of your followers. I love your mini blocks – it has now become my style too. I understand how working really limits your creative time – I’m glad that you only work part time (but it is still quite limiting). I’m anxious to hear more about “One Another”.
I would like to win , I have a little bottle for a little quilt ! I love your patch . And “bravo” for cleaning your studio , me also I want to clean ! Friendship . Mamifleur of France .
