An off center spiral that runs off the edges.
The stitching is a little wonky, or maybe organic is a better word. The edges are finished without a typical binding, I prefer that with modern wall hangings.
Retreat is coming up soon, need to pick some projects for that. See ya!

Wow! That is FABULOUS! I LOVE it! Since you can do that on your DSM better maybe I should hire you to quilt one for me..LOL! Just Kidding!
that’s not funny girl!
Virginia, How fun is that! Great quilting idea and execution, that’s hard. I can’t wait to have some time to explore my inner quilter, my modern quilter. Keep it up for those of us that are otherwise occupied. Jill
I LOVE the spiral (well, I love the quilt too, but….)cannot imagine how you wielded that through the machine. I would love to be able to do that, but can hardly make a circle of quilting with something that large. Bravo! I love your work.
I am awe struck!! I love your modern quilting circles/spirals. Such a prize winner Virginia!!
Just Wonderful!
Beautiful work, as always. Glad you are blogging again
Will you be at the show in Cincinnati next week?
Modern isn’t my “thing” but I love this! Great job.
Very nice! Thanks for sharing??
oh it is so wonderful!!!! hopefully you will show us how—-as always I need to see in person.
